Job Objective:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user goals. Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to provide guidance to stakeholders. Facilitate brainstorming sessions or design sprints to come up with different design options. Create and iterate design deliverables like wireframes, interactive prototypes and/or visual designs. Solicit feedback on designs and provide constructive feedback for other designers. Ability to understand technical boundaries and terminologies to ensure developmental concerns are considered in the design solution.

Responsibilities
· Solid understanding on each phase of the UX process and have participated in end-to-end projects
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management skills
· Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
· Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them with high attention to detail.
· Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
· Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices, and apply them to enhance our development processes.
· Identify and address performance bottlenecks and resolve bugs to improve the overall user experience.
· Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
· Develop and maintain UI for various business requirements at the newest standards
· Support and develop proof-of-concepts and pilots with newest technology standards
· Collaborate on incident management, problem analysis, quality and control
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of Company’s long-term IT Technical and Applications Road-map
· Ability to identify and address root cause of production problems, and a strong background in resolving application support issues
· Recommend new technology solutions and implement strategies to drive cloud-based productivity
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in User Experience Design (not limited to visual/graphic, interactive, product, user experience, user research)
Computer Skills
● Proven skills in task modelling, wire frame and user flow diagramming, usability testing, information architecture, interaction design, product design, user centred design, usability methodologies, industry standards and trends
● Highly proficient in Figma or other design tools like Sketch or Adobe XD
● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
● Good understanding of current web technologies
