Title: Public Policy Program Manager (English, Arabic)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Start Date: between December 2023 - February 2024

Salary: In line with candidates experience and expertise.

The role:

The role primarily covers coordination and organization of IT technology related public policy related programs in Saudi Arabia.

As Public Policy Manager you will take part in developing and delivering public policy related initiatives and events with governments, regulators, SMEs and third parties in order to help deliver relevant campaigns and messaging. You will work with a cross-functional team of (e.g. in Marketing, PR/Communications and other functions) as well as with a closely-coordinated global Public Policy team to advance public policy initiatives and occasionally research new initiatives that benefit users.

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience working with or in government, politics, a regulatory agency, a policy ‘think tank’ or a similar organization.

● Knowledge of the tech sector and/or key issues impacting the web (e.g. , the impact of the internet and technology on economy and SMEs)

● Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and manage projects and relationships across multiple countries.

● Excellent personal, political, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

● Develop, coordinate and manage initiatives, programs, campaigns, events related to Public Policy

● Track and Manage the project deliverables ensuring on time progress

● Engage with cross functional teams Internally

Minimum qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience managing Public Policy initiatives / projects / programs.

● Experience in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders

● Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic
