Asst HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Asst HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and other relevant areas.


Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment:
  • Validate and approve position requests and recommend new agency allocation.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
  • Manage the recruitment team and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment-related activities as needed.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and mediate disputes.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct employee training and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and create a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures.
  • Establish performance goals and expectations and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and employees and address performance issues.
  • Conduct performance improvement plans and support career development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and collaborate with other departments.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Stay up to date on federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate HR policies and procedures with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
  • Other Relevant Areas:
  • Invoice validation and approval in Tender Meeting.
  • Arrange project-related insurance and payroll management review and approval.
  • Validate HR expenses and ensure proper booking and allocation of cost centers.
  • Ensure proper facility availability for maintenance and reservations


Qualifications


MBA with 5-6 Years experience in HR And Admin Operations Preferably in GCC /Qatar


Knowledge of ERP and HR Related Software is an added advantage
