Primary Purpose Of Job

• Manage and Provide specialist support to Business End Users for the SAP install base of Plant Maintenance (PM), Management of Change (MoC), SAP Asset Manager (SAM), Fleet Management (FM), & Reporting. 2. Define, document and execute remodeling and enhancements of SAP business processes through analysis, planning, designing, building and delivering SAP solutions using SAP business configuration & development technologies. 3. Manage business processes related to Plant Maintenance and a thorough understanding of integration related to FICO, Materials management, Project Systems. 4. Proficient in S/4 HANA Logistics, deployment of Fiori apps, support mobile environment and enable consistent user experience across all platforms. 5. Manage and support SAP cloud platform applications and a strong understanding of integration with third party applications.
  
  
  

Experience & Skills

• A total of 7 years professional work experience that includes: a) A minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP implementation / support experience including at least one full life cycle implementation project as Senior Consultant for SAP Plant Maintenance (including core modules) covering Business Process Design, Configuration, Gap Analysis, Development, Testing and Training. b) a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in Maintenance management including spares & resource planning, execution of preventive & breakdown maintenance, trouble shooting, condition monitoring, fault analysis etc. preferably in an Oil and Gas organization. 2. In-depth hands-on expertise of SAP PM applications such as preventive & corrective maintenance, Condition based & Reliability centered maintenance, Turn Around management, Fleet management, Management of Change (MoC), SAP Asset Manager (SAM) and information analysis. 3. In-depth knowledge of best business practices in maintenance, optimization, monitoring, resource planning and control functions preferably in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry. 4. Good knowledge of PM master data, integration touch points of PM Module with all Logistics & Accounting Modules and ability to understand requirements for establishing interfaces to external systems. 5. S/4HANA asset management implementation experience. 6. Experience of SAP project management methodologies, program / project management and service level management. 7. Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives. 8. Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills & team player.
  
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any of the engineering discipline like Mechanical / Electrical / instrumentation or equivalent. 2. Preferably SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance / SAP S/4HANA Asset Management
