Social Media Specialist

Bin Yousef is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the Bin Yousef’s social media properties.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and industry best practices to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase audience participation and boost brand visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, using analytics tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, algorithms, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and relevant industry communities to expand brand reach and collaborations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms.
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry advancements and continuously learning.
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
