Bin Yousef is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic social media specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the Bin Yousef’s social media properties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and identity.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience insights, and industry best practices to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase audience participation and boost brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, using analytics tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platforms, algorithms, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.
- Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and relevant industry communities to expand brand reach and collaborations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in an advertising or digital marketing agency.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging social media platforms.
- Passion for staying ahead of industry advancements and continuously learning.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
