As a Drilling & Completion Fluids Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:



  • Selling product(s), services, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
  • Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
  • Managing complex sales processes requires the involvement of many stakeholders both with clients and Baker Hughes.
  • Meeting assigned sales, commercial and personal development goals.
  • Handling diverse clients in your area/region of responsibility.


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:



  • Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college, preferably in an Engineering discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids.
  • Have an additional 3 years of Sales experience.
  • Have experience in building tenders.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
  • Have the ability to set and execute sales and growth strategies.
  • Be a good team player, enjoy collaborating and solving problems with others
  • Be fluent in English
