Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensure Preparation as directed by Project Coordinator / Construction Manager
• Prepare material requirements as directed by Supervisor / Company man and coordinate with Onshore.
• Co-Ordinate with vendors for arranging materials
• Keep track on the Vessel for loading & offloading cargo
• Verification of all the material dispatch / receipts, etc
• Preparation of various inventory reports to meet the management’s and vessels’ daily as well as periodical requirements.
• Ensure that the Material orders, Receipts, etc manifests are in order with the actual material.
• Coordinating vendors for Offshore pass / Chopper booking and Medical.
• Frequent day-to-day contact with Company Supervisor for coordinating material planning tasks as directed.
• Frequent contact with service company technicians / engineers.
• Assist and prepare for WPS / Material preparation
• Involve in material repair / Material function test and parts replacement
• Thinking within clearly defined company policies, though contributing to the development of these.
• Job-holder must focus both on day-to-day operational problem solving and on how best to structure the services to meet demands most efficiently and effectively
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications - External
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Secondary / Higher Secondary Education.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an oil and gas Marine Operations
Geographic Experience:
N/A
Computer Skills:
- Good knowledge of Office and web applications
Language Skills:
- Business fluent English
