- The Service holder is responsible, within the DBN PWM team and under the DBN PWM Offshore CSRs, of material and personnel logistics success required for the overall installation and hook up carried out by EPCIC CONTRACTOR (and SUBCONTRACTORS).
- The Service holder ensures that adequate reviews and comments are performed by his team on CONTRACTOR and SUBCONTRACTORS documentation or Queries issued on the perimeter of the SITE and ensure their full implementation by CONTRACTOR (SUBCONTRACTORS).
- The Service holder organizes / participates to routine and/or random inspections and audits, to daily / regular installation meeting with CONTRACTOR and promotes safety awareness at all level through exemplary and pro-active attitude with Project team and CONTRACTOR (SUBCONTRACTORS).
- The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, and exemplary behavior with regard to HSE, ethics and ‘’code of conduct’’.
- The Service holder may perform his missions and duties during installation to commissioning completion, the job holder may also have to be involved in his activities during onshore fabrication, load out and towing activities.
Your Tasks
Responsible for preparation and running the installation activities to the works related to DBN PWN, including HSE:
- To ensure compliance with HSE legislation, Company standards and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
- To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
- To insure the good level of competency for Supervision (offshore) Scope and development:
- Develop / review installation procedures, study and define logistic procedures required for material and personnel management,
- Support SITE installation activities providing assistance when needed
- Liaise with the DBN PWM PMT for all material control and receipt aspects that may impact SITE installation
- Follow material status report for per DBN PWM project & update on daily basis with any progress.
- Link with different actors of logistics process from shipment to delivery – including backload.
- Follow and report with Planner / project Control to ensure compatibility of material procurement & movement with project’s schedule.
- Follow and report with DBN PWM Project team, Quality inspectors and Onshore (into CONTRACTORS premises)/Offshore Representatives.
- Follow CONTRACTOR material status with detailed packing list and detailed shipment program.
- Follow CONTRACTOR to differentiate the material from installation tools – different types of spare parts and consumables.
- Follow and report alignment in between CONTRACTOR material list and CONTRACT.
- Cross check CONTRACTOR SAP references for items not already existing in PALM database.
- Follow and report material shipment codification, identification and coordinate with onshore for any back loading sequence (schedule and locations).
- Advise Onshore teams when delivering material and re-enforce the coordination for particular delivery.
- Follow up the tracking of goods receipt offshore. Assist to the Installation team meetings.
- Interface with QC team and onshore/offshore teams to centralize and archive all material certificates.
- Follow personnel logistic for both COMPANY and CONTRACTOR
- Report any no show from CONTRACTOR,
- Coordinate Transport request forms for COMPANY
- Provide detailed KPI for DBN PWM material control and follow up.
- Participate to prepare the installation / construction sequence / method statement
- Comment and review the procedures related to logistic,- Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team and onshore CONTRACTOR for the dispatch.
- On regular basis, visit the CONTRACTOR storage areas and report,
- Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by his line management
Your Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline. Experience in similar position (years): mini 10 years.
- Previous experience as Logistic Coordinator.
- The Service holder must have a strong knowledge of his activities and the ability to analyse and evaluate the critical parts of his activities.
- Good knowledge of the industrial context, contract practice and Oil & Gas operations in general.
- Fluent in English – Both verbal and written
