Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of buildings and grounds maintenance including managing vendors, preparing budgets, planning and implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. They will also be responsible for managing facilities personnel to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in facilities management and personnel management
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance procedures, and health and safety protocols
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience with budget preparation, analysis, and financial reporting
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Certification in Facilities Management or related discipline is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
