Job Description:


  1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through various communication channels.
  2. Manage and update customer databases with accurate and complete information.
  3. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Plan and execute CRM campaigns to engage customers and increase loyalty.
  5. Work with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
  6. Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and generate insights.
  8. Prepare reports on customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales leads.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a CRM or customer-focused role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
  9. Arabic speaker is a plus.
