Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.

Proven Sales & Maketing record, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel in Doha or GCC.

Strong leadership and management for directing and motivating sales and marketing teams.

Ability to inspire and empower team members, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture is key.
