FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Primary Purpose Of Job

  • Implement the plans and organize all matters related to the stores (receive, storage, issue) in a proper and safely manner and in compliance with operating standards and report to the supervisor to the required requirements and organize the entry and exit of the stock according to the approved procedure.
  • Perform activities to monitor, maintain and control a computerized inventory system. Record all the movements of Office Furniture & Equipment, initiate write-off requests with the supervisor, generate periodical reports as and when required and maintains the system with required control, in a systematic and orderly manner, as per the established Policies and Procedures.


Experience & Skills

  • Diploma in Materials Management is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software. Knowledge of Database software and experience in data entry is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English language (written and spoken).
  • 6 years experience with direct involvement in a similar Inventory system.
  • Possession of a driver's license is essential, the ability to operate a forklift will be an advantage, and a male incumbent is preferred.


Education

  • Completion of Higher Secondary (12 years) education.
