  • Responsible for the execution of Completions activities to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of Completions management System and execution of systems completions including Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities. Ensures the completions database development and set-up with systemization, punch-list raising and clearing, walkdown coordination, allocation and closure of check sheets A, B and C, and Coordination with other stakeholder disciplines to develop the completions database and Handover Dossiers. Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones.
  • This position is responsible to ensure all Completions and Handover activities associated with Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning by the EPC contractor, including third parties such as vendors, consultants, sub-contractors etc. are executed to COMPANY Project’s specifications and COMPANY requirements.
  • Major challenges for this role include (1) effectively coordinating the EPC Completions and Handover EPC contractor to produce timely deliverables up to RFSU and Handover to Company. (2) maintaining constructive working relationship with the EPC contractor to ensure delivery and execution of the Completions and Handover work scope in accordance with Project requirements and (3) maintaining relationships with stakeholders (e.g., Operations, quality, engineering, construction) to ensure alignment of systems completions execution.
  • Delivering a complex Brown-field scope of work connected to very large existing and new Facilities to achieve Project expectations, in particular design and construction for multi-disciplinary Tie-ins in existing facilities.
  • Delivery of Handover of complex Offsites, common Storage and Transport Facilities.

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for overseeing Completions activities to ensure EPC Contractor delivery of all aspects of Completions Management System and execution of systems completions including Construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensures EPC database set-up with systemization, punch-list clearing, check sheets A, B and C, and coordination with other stakeholder disciplines to develop the completions database.
  • Provides clear guidance to the EPC contractor and facilitates resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones.
  • Provides clear guidance to the PMT pe and facilitates resolution of completions issues to meet Project objectives and milestones.
  • Proficient in Database software programs, WIN-PCS, Go-Completions, etc. Experience with HCS (Tecnicas Reunidas) is desirable.

Your Profile

  • 10 years’ experience as a Completions Coordinator with a broad knowledge of Completions and Handovers processes.
  • Experience in systemization, completions database development, Completions check sheets, punch listing, handover dossiers.
  • Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of Brown-field onshore LPG/Condensate storage and transport facilities experience as in the Common Liquified Petroleum Gas (CLPG) and Common Condensate Storage and Loading (CCSL) is desirable.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills.
  • Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
  • Good communication, influencing and interface skills.
  • Team player
