Parsons is working with leading public service organizations to orchestrate large scale O&M transformation for roads activities for programs that drives Service Delivery Excellence, Operational Efficiencies, Capability Building, Change Management, and Outsource Maximization.
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented HR Manager to join our team! The HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizations business strategy. The HR manager will be responsible for the routine functions of the HR department including recruitment hiring process, managing employee relations, performance management, talent management, training and upskilling, administering compensation and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Serves as a link between an organization's management and its employees.
- Consult with top executives on strategic planning.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop upskilling plans, training agendas and coaching employees.
- Enable employee opportunities for professional development.
- Assist with the performance management and review process.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Develop monthly reports for management
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Degree or equivalent in Human Resources with 10+ years of proven experience in HR function within a large organization in the GCC region.
- People oriented and results driven. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic an advantage
