Job Title: Senior Recruitment Officer (With F&B background)

Location: Doha, Qatar

About Us: We are a high-end restaurant and hospitality business based in Qatar, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist with background in the restaurant and hospitality industry to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the organization, with a focus on restaurant service and kitchen operations, and health and wellness roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for different departments and locations.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry in GCC
  • Deep knowledge of restaurant service operations, kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness practices and regulations for gym facilities or similar establishments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable in different MS Office applications
