- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions
- Collaborate with remote team members and supervisors through communication tools such as email, instant messaging, and virtual meetings to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service process
- Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and trends to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up communication to gauge satisfaction levels and address any outstanding concerns
