Al Jazeera Manpower is looking for Executive Admin Assistants to fulfill one of our requirements. Candidates are expected to meet these minimum requirements:
- Degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, or Related Fields
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar admin role,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to:
- Schedule Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
- Correspondence Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, on behalf of the Executives, ensuring that all communications are accurate, professional, and timely.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related logistics, ensuring that all arrangements are made in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing, as well as managing phone calls and emails, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Special Projects: Assist Executives with special projects as assigned, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation, ensuring that all projects are completed accurately and on time.
