You will join the Arla Qatar Sales team and you will be working together with skilled and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed are part of the everyday job.

You will be a part of the Sales Leadership Team and you will play a key role to secure our brands and has perfect branding and visibility in-store, according to Arla principles.

Beyond your team of Merchandisers you will be working closely together with our Head of Modern Trade and Head of Traditional Trade to ensure strong alignment on in-store execution priorities.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Supervising our merchandising staff supporting both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade
• Motivate, inspire, develop and lead our merchandising team to excel in their job.
• Training and follow-up is important and you will play an active role to ensure that the team is in constant learning, in order to develop themselves and our business.
• Strong alignment on execution priorities together with the rest of our Sales Team and CCSM team.
• Ensure applying FIFO concept on-shelf and products are displayed according to the Planogram.
• Merchandisers payroll and Vacation Follow-ups.
• Drive POSM usage in alignment with our Channel Heads and CCSM team.
• Drive perfect shelf to ensure our products are perfectly merchandised and displayed with the right share of shelf.
• Engage and develop strong relationships with important stakeholders in the outlets.
• Drive Promotional events and Merchandising activities (Ramadan, Back To School, festivals etc.) in alignment with our activity plan.
• Frequently Review Merchandisers Routes planning to ensure optimal set-up
• Ensure in-store execution as per standard of Perfect Store execution.
• Ad Hoc. Tasks related Merchandising.
  
  

You will have completed

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in FMCG Merchandising & Sales Field.
• You will have demonstrated strong skills – directly or indirectly related to merchandising
• Time management,
• Organization skills,
• Leadership, communications skills
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Good knowledge MS office /Excel & PowerPoint
