We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Doha, Qatar.
Qualification
· Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical / Bachelor of Science plus MBA.
Experience
· Experienced in Technical Sales of industrial products in the Oil and Gas sector and Business Development exposure of at least 5 years in Qatar with Qatar Energy and its affiliates.
· Maintenance, turn arounds, Shut down services.
· Oil and gas-approved Materials mechanical, Electrical supply chain management
Skills Required
· Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills
· Familiarity with the registration process with main customers in Qatar like Qatar Petroleum and its subsidiaries.
· Strong network of contacts with the Oil and gas end-users and EPC contractors
· Good communication and presentation skills.
· Goal-driven attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
· The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time and work under pressure.
· Able to quickly understand high-level customer needs and identify prerequisites and able to prioritize multiple tasks and learning attitude
· Interpersonal skills both written and verbal
· Strong organization and management skills.
· Required Valid Qatar DL.
Responsibilities
· Generate business to achieve & and exceed the budgeted business plan.
· Develop and grow the customer base with Oil & Gas, downstream, and EPC to diversify the customer base.
· Build a Robust pipeline of opportunities to meet/exceed targets.
· Business Development look for new avenues for expanding/diversifying the portfolio of services.
· Maintain close track of new projects in the country.
· Make proposals to customers and follow through till the entire process is completed.
· Develop long-term relationships with clients.
