Manager Digital Marketing

Purpose:


This role is responsible to lead a broader omni-channel marketing and content strategy partnering closely with the Communications, PR, Product, Device, IT, and Retail teams. This role will also be the leading responsible for quality of traffic that converts into sales, in digital channels and works closely with creative and campaign teams to ensure campaigns and content on digital channels provide the best representation of the brand.


ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


• Develop, plan & execute SEO & Content strategy for Ooredoo's online channel. Actively manage & leverage Ooredoo's Design Systems to ensure online channels are in sync with Ooredoo's brand guidelines & design principles.

• Champion friction less journeys to deliver higher conversion & customer delight (CSAT).

• Identify key bottlenecks in funnels and increase the conversion rates of major customer journeys. • Identify opportunities and issues with our SEO/ASO rankings, user experience, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.

• Create presentations explaining your strategy and presenting them to both Digital team and the wider Commercial business unit.

• Create business cases and implementing improvements that need product/tech resources such as updating of Sign-up funnel, implementation of martech, landing page improvements etc.

• Inspire, support & coach junior colleagues in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy.

• Establish a multi-year vision, growth plan, and strategic priorities to drive best-in-class digital marketing.

• Design internal processes from lead generation to sales recording, making sure that everything is tracked along the way.

• Establish benchmarks, measures and tracks results based on defined goals and KPIs, including web analytics and SEO tracking.



Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:


  • 10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building consumer products for online channels.
  • Adept in using CMS & SEO tools. Good understanding of the Agile Scrum development process.


Minimum Entry Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Business Administration.
