Head of Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual revenue, profit, and cash targets.

• Prepare detailed annual business operating plans, including budgets and performance targets.

• Monitor market trends through research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular contact and effective communication.

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and performance monitoring.

• Resolve key client issues and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, marketing, and logistics, to meet client needs and deliver high-quality results.

• Prepare and submit tender bids, ensuring effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.

• Produce regular business performance reports with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and Microsoft advancements to drive innovation in sales processes.

• Expand and nurture a network of industry contacts and partnerships to foster business growth.

• Evaluate market demands and develop strategies to effectively fulfill customer needs.

• Participate in project management activities to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.

• Negotiate contracts with clients, establishing clear performance timelines and deliverables.

• Leverage Microsoft technologies, including D365 CRM, VB.NET, Azure Services, and Microsoft SharePoint, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer engagement.

• Harness the capabilities of D365 CRM and its customization features to drive sales and improve customer relationship management.

• Develop and implement solutions using VB.NET to meet client requirements and enhance sales operations.

• Utilize Azure Services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Storage, to streamline sales processes and boost business efficiencies.

• Integrate D365 CRM with other Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft SharePoint, to create seamless workflows and enhance productivity.

• Fair knowledge of solutions using Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, to meet client needs and maximize sales effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and updates in Microsoft technologies, including D365 CRM, VB.NET, Azure Services, and SharePoint (on-premises and online versions).

• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operations of Microsoft platforms.


Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering related field. A Master's degree is Sales or marketing would be a plus.

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Manager.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the IT industry, including IT security, networking, and infrastructure solutions.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong client relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and overcome sales challenges.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including D365 CRM, VB.NET, Azure Services, and Microsoft SharePoint (on-premises and online versions).

• Familiarity with integrating D365 CRM with other Microsoft products and services, including SharePoint.

• In-depth understanding of D365 CRM functionalities and customization capabilities.

• Knowledge of Azure Service capabilities, including cloud infrastructure and services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, both on-premises and online versions.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of IT Sales experience. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales in Qatar with Microsoft 365/ERP/Azure/Stacks.
  • Candidates having sales revenue of more than 1.5 million USD can apply.
