Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a production manager in a factory setting, specifically within wardrobe, kitchen, and fit-out sectors in the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery used in wardrobe and kitchen production.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other production management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet project deadlines and client specifications.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet company and industry standards.

Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Resource Management: Optimize resource utilization, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production facility.

Cost Management: Monitor production costs and expenses, implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Client Liaison: Collaborate with sales and project management teams to address client requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
