Where Do You Fit In?

Work closely with Project Lead Engineer & Project Manager to Develop DCS/ESD Application for complex Automation projects with Control and Safety Systems.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

• Be the main technical interface with Clients and Suppliers for Application Software Development
• Review & Understand the Inputs from Client for development of Application
• Mentor the juniors and lead the software development activity as per Inputs from Client.
• Develop a Simulation Server & prepare a Testing Plan for Application Software
• Lead Software Verification Activities during FAT and at Site,
• Support the Client to Verify the Software functionality with Process Plant.
• Be informed on possible technical issues and workaround.
• Knowledge of Honeywell hardware solutions (Experion, C300 and Safety Manager as minimum) and typical 3rd party items (marshalling cabinets, power distribution panels, interposing relay panels, auxiliary consoles, cables, etc)
• Use Honeywell tools and follow Honeywell Standard Operating Procedures, available to meet them abroad and to support site activities if requested.
• Work with all Customers, available to meet them abroad and to support site activities if requested.

• High billability on projects
• Obtain project cost saving and optimize project cash
• Increase use of Global Engineering Services (remote teams)
• Use Standard Build documents and tools, follow standard procedures
• Keep skills updated
• Provide feedback on internal tools and procedures
• Drive productivity and upsell
  

We Value

• Bachelor's or master’s degree (Electronics/Automation engineering)
• 6 years working experience as DCS/ESD Engineer of Automation projects
• Proven track record in executing Automation projects for Oil &Gas or other markets
• Working experience with main EPC companies (Engineering Procurement and Construction – Saipem, Tecnimont, Technip, etc.) and O&G End Users.
• Good technical background
• PC-literate (MS Office, Internet)
• Ability to work in a team with common goals
• Able to take commitments and to bring results
• Willing to learn and study new products and solutions
• Good communication and listening skills
