Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility and ensuring that production goals are met. The Production Manager will lead and manage a team of production workers and collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in managing production in a manufacturing facility in wax, wax emulsion and petroleum jelly and cosmetics
• Knowledge of production methods, principles, and best practices
• Ability to analyze and improve production processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proficiency in English and experience in the Petroleum industry.
