Mall Leasing Agent

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Assists Mall Manager on leasing matters.
  • Leads and updates the occupancy status report of the properties.
  • Successfully leads and manage the leasing process with new and existing tenants
  • Prepares the lease agreements as per the approved standards of the organization.
  • Acts as the main point of contact and leads all communications for all tenants.
  • Effectively communicates, coordinates & collaborates with internal teams and external brokers to ensure successful execution of daily operations & resolve problems.
  • Creates a positive customer experience and manage all inquiries in a professional manner working with real estate software (CRM, Property Finders, SAP system).


Qualifications

  • Has adequate knowledge in Shopping Mall industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven related experience.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Locally available with transferable visa.
  • Has Valid Qatar Driving License.
