Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing the sales process, training sales representatives, creating sales strategies, setting targets, and managing customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, forecasting, and reporting to upper management.

- Experience in leading and managing a sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
