We are currently seeking a dynamic Presales Engineer for our ELV & Automation Division.
Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy by leveraging technical expertise to support the Sales Team in achieving quarterly and annual sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and securing new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to build and nurture relationships.
- Develop compelling proposals and quotations, and assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Manage the order process, including final costing and supplier coordination, and work closely with logistics and the technical team to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and project completion.
- Proactively address any issues related to delivery and installation through regular customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely project completion, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit internal reports, forecasts, and other documentation in a timely manner as requested by the Divisional Head.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and all levels of staff.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Presales/Sales Engineer role within Low Current Systems or a related field.
- Strong commercial skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Low Current Systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intruder Alarm Systems, Lighting Control, etc.
- Familiarity with Audio Video and Control systems.
