This position reports directly to the Head of HR Systems & Planning.
Accountabilities:
Update and monitor execution of the workforce planning, position database, and evaluation for a set of NOC entities. Provide support for the existing HR information systems, contribute to data quality and integrity, contribute to HRIS improvements
Activities:
HSEQ
- Enforce Personal Data Protection policy and propose measures to reinforce awareness among HR Team
- Be ready to participate in emergency management and any exercise to prepare against the occurrence of such emergency
HRIS administration and support
- Provide first level support to the other HR users in their day to day use of the systems
- Contribute to the user manuals and guidelines for the different systems
- Support with training users in HR or other entities in the use of the HR systems
- Super User for eTalent, MyHR and any new systems to be implemented
HRIS project implementation
- Contribute to any project of new HRIS systems
- Act as superuser for any new system implemented in HR
Positions Database administration, Job Description and Evaluation
- Check the quality of the job description received and advise the hierarchy on necessary modification
- Manage the Evaluation Committee agenda and prepare the information required for job evaluation
- Contribute to the evaluation of positions as per Hay methodology
- Ensure the HR Information System is updated with the relevant information on positions, job evaluation and description and movements of personnel
Workforce Planning
- Ensure the Workforce Planning is always up to date and data are accurate by liaising with recruitment,
operational entities, HR Business Partner and C&P.
- Ensure the alignment between workforce planning, organization chart, headcount budget and recruitment plan for his/her perimeter
Reporting
- Provide regular and on-demand/ ad- hoc reports and dashboards for HR Management
Data accuracy and quality
- In all the activity, the incumbent ensures that data are always accurate and up to date. If in the course of the activities, errors are encountered, the incumbent must take actions to correct them. Continuous improvement of data and processes is key to HR operational excellence.
Profile Required
Master or bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably with Major in Human Resources Management
3-5 years’ experience minimum in a Human Resources role.
English: Good communication skills and writing skills
Capacity to work in project mode, respect deadline and deliver high quality output.
Taste for innovation and new approach.
Good proficiency in HR information systems, intermediate Excel user.
