Job Title: Medical Representative- Cosmeceutical
Summary of position:
A Cosmeceutical Medical Representative's role involves promoting and selling the company's cosmeceutical products, engaging with healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. The Medical Representative focuses on enhancing product awareness, addressing inquiries, offering expert advice, and introducing innovative cosmeceutical solutions.
Qualification:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related discipline.
Experience- 2-3 years’ experience in the same field
Language Level of Proficiency
English- Writing Reading Speaking Document Writing/Presentation skills
Arabic - Speaking
Technical - Computer Knowledge of MS office & ERP system
Others Valid GCC License is added advantage

Duties and Responsibility:
1. Product Promotion: Actively promote and market cosmeceutical products to healthcare professionals such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aestheticians, and other relevant professionals.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, and skincare centers to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the features, benefits, and scientific aspects of cosmeceutical products. Provide accurate and detailed information to healthcare professionals and address any queries they may have.
4. Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use, application, and benefits of cosmeceutical products. Keep them updated on new products and industry developments
5. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and competitor activities.
6. Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to healthcare professionals, addressing their concerns, and providing timely solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.
7. Sales Target: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product sales and market share.
8. Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis. Present these reports to management to assist in decision- making.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry guidelines in the promotion and sale of cosmeceutical products.
10. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and customers to relay to the company for product improvement and development.
11. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and research and development, to contribute to the overall success and growth of the cosmeceutical product line.
