Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geo Sciences and/or equivalent experience;
- Recognised Well Control Supervisor accreditation.
Professional Experience:
- 8 plus years of experience preferably within offshore Well intervention Rig, Jack Up Barge and Stimulation Vessel industry;
- Exposure to Oil & Gas Exploration and production operations;
- Demonstratable track record of managing end-to-end operations.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic systems in order to rectify/solve issues in relation to malfunction.
• To be able to understand load conditions and adjust load conditions in relation to jacking conditions and operational conditions.
• Knowledge and understanding of site-specific assessment in order to understand what can be expected during jacking operations.
Geographic Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of GCC/Middle East experience;
- International experience and working in a multi-national environment is preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Knowledge of overall system workflow design
Language Skills:
- Business & Technical fluent English
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Good understanding of Well control and production with a focus on downhole intervention.
- Good Knowledge of Jack up barges (lift boats)
- Overall knowledge of Oil and Gas operations;
- Good knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of contract management;
- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
