Job Responsibilities
- Managing the procurement process to ensure the acquisition of quality goods, services, and materials at competitive prices to support organization's operations.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Must be good with networking and possess excellent time-management skills.
- Ensure compliance with applicable procurement policies, legislation, and ethical standards
Skills required:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years purchase experience related to building maintenance materials in the local market.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Must have Qatar Driving License and familiar with the locations.
- Preference for locally available candidates with transferable residence permit only.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
