Job Description:


As a Business Development Officer with a background in Events/Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our outsourcing services. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record in events or marketing, preferably within the outsourcing industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's strategic objectives.


Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored outsourcing solutions.


Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.


Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and establish connections within the industry.


Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our outsourcing solutions.


Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.


Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and foster long-term client relationships.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on events or marketing.


Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.


Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and its dynamics.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.


Willingness to travel as needed.
