Job Summary:
Manage financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and internal controls
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly Management of Accounts.
- Ensure appropriate reporting in SAP FC as per Holcim finance standards (HARP).
- In charge of collating and verifying relevant information required for the medium-term/ annual budgeting, and monthly forecast following set timelines.
- Manage proper postings into general ledger/sub-ledgers following HARP guidelines.
- Responsible for the preparation of required financial information and documentation for audits, both internal and external.
- Prepare final financial statements during the month-end and year-end closings for reporting to the Group.
- Oversee and manage suppliers and customers bank guarantees.
- Work with the Head of Finance/CFO on the preparation of CAPEX proposals.
- Monitor monthly OPEX variations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Education & Work Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Chartered Accountant – Preferable
Minimum of 5 years in the finance and accounts department.
Other Skills:
Fluency in English language
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft, etc.)
ERP System knowledge
