  • Receives all visitors to the company, ensuring that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given a favorable impression of the company.
  • Assist and working with Human Resource Manager employees in filing and coordination.
  • Participate in New Employment onboarding orientation.
  • Responsible for the New Employees required training application such as but not limited to ILS, PLS, PMVA, etc.
  • Responsible for the shift planning encoding in Humanity based on the Operations release staff schedule.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for medical and office supplies.
  • Manage & responsible for all the company Supplier & Lease contracts.
  • Assisting Employees in Bank Account Opening, Blood test schedule and Health card application
  • Handles the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to ensure that it is promptly delivered to the correct addresses, internally and externally.
  • Maintains stocks of brochures, magazines, stationery, and other information and ensures that these are easily accessible to visitors.
  • MIMS IPADS Inventory
  • Encoding Humanity employee’s attendance
  • Distribution and collection of Staff and client timesheets.
  • Request Documentation printing and distribution to the staff and clients (PNS and Private Patient)
  • Assist and participate in all Staff Engagement Activities.
  • Working alongside with the Country Director and Operations for Monthly Patient Roster printing and distribution.
  • Monitor, purchase and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Worked with the Logistics Coordinator in regards of Transportation and Accommodation if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
