ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


 Achieve the segment revenue and profitability by proactively managing and fulfilling segment targets (Revenue, APRU, Gross, Churn and Net, etc) and KPIs according to yearly budget and quarterly/rolling forecast. Proactively identify, develop and implement necessary plans, activities and corrective actions accordingly.

 Define, implement and manage Entry Value Segment mobile commercial strategy covering pre- paid plans for B2C customers in accordance to company strategy.

 Develop a value based “more for more” driven proposition strategy by integrating mobile (prepaid) services and content/OTT/Gaming/VAS and other services.

 Define strategy for OTT, Entertainment, Gaming and other VAS services as a part of the propositions. Liaise and align with Product Development and Digital Team for partner management, contracts, integration, etc.

 Define, implement and manage usage and retention strategies to increase ARPU, service usage (OTT, VAS, etc.) and cross/upsell. Reduce churn and increase win-back through targeted activities.

 Monitor and track market development, gain customer and competitor insight by utilizing market research and analytics

 Plan, manage and execute market communication plans (quarterly/yearly) cross segment wise in coordination with Brand and Coms, and sales channels.

 Define the communication strategy and key messages based on the value propositions to be implemented by the Brand and Marcoms team

 Ensure high quality cross channel go-to-market execution, including presence of market coms (traditional and digital media), collaterals, store visuals and training. Ensure mobilization of frontline (Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, telesales and Customer Care) as integrated part of campaign kick-off’s. Work closely with Go-to-Market Manager to ensure quality product launches cross channel.

 Develop and manage product development roadmaps (quarterly/yearly) in coordination with Product Development Team. Work closely with Product Development Team, to ensure timely delivery of product launches of high quality.

 Define the device strategy for relevant portfolio in coordination with the device team

 Facilitates the adoption of digital transformation initiatives and customer journeys in coordination with Digital team

 Manage NPS through quality product launches and continued improvement of existing customer journeys, process and products.

 Monitor on a regular basis reports from Internal Audit and Quality Management to ensure compliance throughout the division with minimal deviations
