The Content Creator, creates high-quality images and videos of the various services in the hotel, food and beverage products and culinary processes, hotel room, spa, recreational facilities and team members. This includes capturing appealing angles, lighting, and composition to showcase the product and the experience in the most appealing way.
What will I be doing?
Collaborate with the marketing team, department heads, chefs, service team and the team members to develop creative concepts and visual ideas that align with the brand's image, hotel’s positioning and objectives. This will involve brainstorming ideas for photoshoots, video campaigns, or social media content.
Arrange and style food and beverage items, plates, and props to create aesthetically pleasing and appetizing visuals. Attention to detail in presentation is essential.
Maintain and operate professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, hotel phone, and editing software. Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal. Adjust color balance, contrast, and sharpness to achieve the desired look. Add text overlays or graphics when necessary.
Develop content calendars and shooting schedules to ensure a consistent flow of fresh and engaging content. Coordinate with the teams to meet deadlines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and social media marketing.
Use visual storytelling techniques to convey the story and essence of the brand, including it’s unique selling points and values.
Tailor content for specific platforms, understanding the requirements and best practices for each.
Create content for internal communications when necessary with other departments’ involvement.
What are we looking for?
Photography and Videography Skills: Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras and mobile cameras, understanding of lighting techniques, and knowledge of video shooting and editing.
