Role Description

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business processes.
• Collaborate with department heads and IT staff to identify system requirements, design solutions, and customize ERP functions to meet organizational needs.
• Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and enforce best practices and policies for ERP system usage, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead the training of users on the ERP system, creating user manuals and training materials to facilitate effective use of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical support to users and maintaining a log of system problems and resolutions.
• Analyze business processes and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements or new functionalities.
• Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants on system customization, integration, and updates, managing contracts and negotiations to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
