1.Conducts on the job training for new staff for switchboard.
2. Observes staff performance and monitors their calls to determine their training period.
3. Explains rule of Communication in hospitals to new employees.
4. Meets with administrative personnel and department Head for official purpose.
5. Discuss/ imposed changes in communication equipment, facilities and policy.
6. Inform telephone authority or hospital maintenance personnel for necessary action.
7. Resolves complaints regarding the telephone service.
8. Inspect the locations for providing telephone service at HGH, WH, RMH, OPD Annex, Health Centers, etc.
9. Visits Q-TEL offices for official purpose.
10. Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or a related field and 2 years experience in providing in-depth hardware/software technical support is required.
OR
A diploma relevant to the specialization of the role and 4 years of related or administrative experience.
