Job Overview:
Coordinate and review inputs from the various functional departments and out house contractors contributing to the execution of the project. Coordinate and ensure the generation of deliverables/reports/procedures required for the project.
Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Coordinate and review of all inputs and changes in the Desk Top Change Management System (DTCMS).
- Monitor work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each activity.
- Ensure all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval. Monitors their approvals with client.
- Attend the Weekly progress Meetings (internal as well as with Client) and prepares the Minutes of Meetings.
- Review the project plan along with the project planner/production engineers and prepare subcontract package for any works which require to be outsourced.
- Review and update of any scope of work documents produced by the respective functional departments and identify changes and assist in preparation of change orders.
- Coordinate and ensure that engineering and associated drafting work is carried out by the respective operational personnel in accordance with the specifications and schedule.
- Coordinate with the project quality manager to ensure that the work is being performed per the QC plans.
- Coordinate with senior production engineers and offshore operations engineers day-to-day progress of work activities on the project, identify constraints and facilitate solutions.
- Coordinate with the project procurement manager/coordinator to ensure that the materials are delivered per the schedule by resolving technical queries as required.
- Ensure that lessons learned are implemented by the project engineers, field engineers and production engineers and that lessons learned on the project are documented in the data base.
- Adhere to Company safety standards and promote safety culture among the ranks across the company.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 5 - 8 Years in Oil & Gas industry; Construction
- BSc and above
- Construction & project coordination experience in onshore construction and/or offshore installation.
