  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, including interactions, inquiries, and actions taken, using our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
  • Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, products, or services to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Continuously update and expand knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes, policies, and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and self-motivation
  • Previous customer service experience or relevant internships is a plus but not required
