General Sales and Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be an RSA National, capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional sales. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner. Business Hours are 8am to 1pm/ 4pm to 8pm 6 day s a week. Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
  • Demonstrate outcomes of marketing efforts through metrics and deliverables
  • Develop and implementation of a Marketing and Sales Strategy that results in increased market share and sales volumes
  • Development and implementation of a Pricing Strategy to support the Marketing and Sales Strategy that is commercially successful and sustainable over the long term
  • Improving Sales Teams performance through active management


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in marketing or related field
  • Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
