Alford Hughes - a real estate investment company is looking for a Real Estate Associate for their operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting our clients, ensuring our database is accurate, preparing marketing materials and reports.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with strong communication skills and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service. An outstanding Real Estate Associate should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the sales agents to perform efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Managing client database, answering inquires, and making follow-up calls
- Provide an exceptional first impression for all customers when handling all lines of enquiries
- Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities
- Preparing real estate forms and documents
- Maintaining property and client systems with up to date information
- Liaise with marketing team in creating and editing marketing material, social media posts and brochures for existing properties
- Prepare all sales presentation material
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally in the luxury sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Arabic speaking preferred
