Senior Manager Marketing Strategy

Milaha - Qatar - Doha

Job Objective:

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, emphasizing cost transparency, assessing strategy effectiveness, and leading and mentoring the marketing team to drive successful campaigns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define marketing objectives and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with the organization's objectives and target audience.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring their timely execution and adherence to established strategies.
  1. Ensure Efficient Operations Emphasizing Cost Transparency:
  • Implement processes and systems to optimize marketing operations and enhance cost transparency.
  • Monitor and control marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements without compromising quality or effectiveness.
  1. Assess Strategy Effectiveness for Optimal Outcomes:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to assess strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve optimal outcomes.
  1. Lead and Mentor Marketing Team to Drive Campaigns:
  • Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Foster innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging the development of impactful marketing campaigns.

5. Brand Management & Digital Marketing

· Drive corporate brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

· Develop and implement brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and alignment.

· Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to optimize online visibility and engagement.

6. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate marketing strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Qualification/Experiences/Skills:

Education & Professional Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Master's degree preferred


Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of similar experience in marketing
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans.


Computer Skills:

- Good knowledge of Office and web applications

- Knowledge about digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software



Language Skills:

- Business fluent English

- Arabic is preferred

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills
