Job Description SNC- Lavalin Profac Gulf management (Qatar) member of Atkins Realis is looking for an Accountant, reporting to the Senior Accountant Lead, will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of monthly and daily requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare monthly journal entries.
- Timely submission of client invoices with all the required supporting documents
- Manage the petty cash funds, ensure cash receipts are properly recorded with authorized approval.
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting and audit requirement.
- Record and maintain schedules for all prepayments, provisions, monthly rent & insurance expenses and make necessary adjusting entries.
- Preparing analysis and reports as per management requirements on projects and production costs.
- Preparing related parties’ invoices and reconciling their balance.
- Preparing bank reconciliation for all the accounts and credit cards.
- Manage the petty cash funds, ensure cash receipts are properly recorded with authorized approval.
- Preparing suppliers payments on time with clear reconciliation statements
- Perform other functions as may be required by the management.
- Review and Recording of Accounts Receivable and payable transaction.
- Finalizing customer invoices and doing regular follow up on the collection.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Processing of monthly journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Preparing and updating project forecast
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Managing day-to-day transactions
- Supporting the senior accountant and wider finance team
- Able to work with tight deadline.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Commerce
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- English requires.
- Arabic an asset
