Roles & Responsibilities :


  1. Record day to day financial transactions.
  2. Prepare invoices and follow up for payments.
  3. Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
  4. Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
  5. Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
  6. Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
  7. Produce weekly reports for cash flow forecasting.
  8. Provide weekly, Monthly and yearly management accounts.
  9. Must have an excellent understanding of all element of accounting.
  10. Must be self motivated and be able to work by yourself.
  11. Maintain and keep records of all employee salaries.
  12. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and making informed decisions.
  13. Develop and monitor budgets, forecast future financial trends, and provide guidance to management on budget allocation.
  14. Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle Monthly WPS payroll and vendor payments.
  16. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize expenses.
  17. Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance.
  18. Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Record Monthly Entries for Depreciation, Additions & Disposals.
