Roles & Responsibilities :
- Record day to day financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices and follow up for payments.
- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions.
- Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers.
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
- Allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Produce weekly reports for cash flow forecasting.
- Provide weekly, Monthly and yearly management accounts.
- Must have an excellent understanding of all element of accounting.
- Must be self motivated and be able to work by yourself.
- Maintain and keep records of all employee salaries.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and making informed decisions.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecast future financial trends, and provide guidance to management on budget allocation.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and handle Monthly WPS payroll and vendor payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to minimize expenses.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Record Monthly Entries for Depreciation, Additions & Disposals.
