OPERATIONS - OFFSHORE FLDS

Primary Purpose Of Job

To provide technical support, performance monitoring and management advisory role to the Asst. Manager, Business Services, OMS(O) and Operations Manager, OM(O). Manages multidisciplinary coordination across the entire value chain with corporate functions, government agencies, Joint Ventures partners and other Oil and Gas producing companies in all operational, technical strategic, management and administrative matters related Offshore Operations. The ultimate objective is increasing efficiency and reducing cost of operations, better resource utilization while ensuring Quality, Health Safety and Environmental requirements.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 15 year experience preferably in Oil and Gas Operations with exposure to various facets of the oil and gas industry such as; Gas or LNG/LPG Processing and Movement, Maintenance, Marine Operations, Projects, Engineering, Drilling, Pipeline and Structures, Administration, HSE, Regulatory / Statutory bodies, Contractual matters, Budget and Cost Control, etc. Required to have good knowledge of Industry norms and practices.
• Sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience with ability to handle a number of assignments and tasks simultaneously which range from moderate to complex in nature.
• Motivated, dynamic with tact, confidentiality and diplomacy with considerable skills to organize, discuss, influence and negotiate at high level meetings.
  
  
  

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering discipline preferably in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical engineering.
