An established global provider that excels in offering end-to-end logistical and support services is hiring a target driven Arabic speaking Sales Manager to be based in Qatar.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients in the Qatar oil and gas sector,
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Travel to client sites and industry events to promote company products and services. Work with contracts department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations related to the oil and gas sector in Qatar.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues in a timely manner
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
