Experienced Real Estate Agent / Broker

Newly opened real estate company, Al Hitha International Real Estate LLC, located in business bay, Dubai. We are looking for motivated and driven real estate Agent / Broker to join our growing team! In this role.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of residential and commercial properties in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Your primary objective will be to match clients with properties that meet their needs while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction process.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent / broker
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of the local real estate market.

A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle is a plus (Not mandatory)

Proficiency in MS Office and E-mails

Fluency in English is essential; Proficiency in Arabic, Russian and German is a plus.
UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is a plus.
