Job Purpose
The Bid Solutions Engineer will prepare and submit bids for facility maintenance and management projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. The role involves detailed analysis of project requirements, cost estimation, and coordination with different departments to compile comprehensive bid proposals.

Department: Bidding and Proposals
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze facility maintenance project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate bid proposals.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Estimate costs for facility maintenance projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Prepare detailed and competitive bid documents.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify bid requirements.
- Ensure all bids comply with company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor and track bid submissions and follow up on pending bids.
- Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on bid strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in bid preparation and proposal management for facility maintenance projects.
