- Partner with store management to spearhead the sales and operational facets of the Fine Jewelry and Timepieces categories, consistently achieving sales targets.
- Champion strategic business initiatives and exciting new product launches in alignment with Dior’s high standards.
- Analyze KPIs to monitor performance, devising and executing action plans to elevate sales and enhance client engagement.
- Organize and lead prominent events and product launches, ensuring they captivate clients and meet sales expectations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments within the luxury jewelry and timepiece sectors. Client Development
- Develop a sophisticated strategy tailored for top-tier clients to amplify business outcomes and solidify client loyalty using data-driven approaches.
- Lead the execution of "Be Dior" and "Dior Stars" initiatives to enrich client relationships and promote enduring loyalty to the brand. Operations Excellence
- Manage daily operations effectively, overseeing workflow, delegation, and compliance with all company standards, including inventory accuracy and visual merchandising. Talent Management
- Foster team excellence through regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and robust feedback, supporting the team's growth and alignment with Dior's values.
- Cultivate a pipeline of exceptional talent through effective recruitment strategies and competitive networking, ensuring a vibrant team dynamic.
- Coordinate with Dior Academy to facilitate training sessions, particularly for new product launches and brand initiatives, bolstering team expertise and engagement. Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of proven management experience specifically in luxury retail focusing on Fine Jewelry and Timepieces, managing a team of 20+ members.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, underscoring a commitment to leadership excellence.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to inspire a diverse and dynamic team.
- Proficient in balancing multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in networking, talent recruitment, and development.
